By accessing and using the MB Travel Concierge website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of MB Travel Concierge.
MB Travel Concierge provides travel concierge services including, but not limited to: room block coordination, honeymoon planning, cruise consultations, corporate travel management, and all-inclusive resort bookings. Our services are provided as a complimentary service to clients; our compensation is received from hotels and travel suppliers as industry-standard commissions.
MB Travel Concierge operates on a commission-based model whereby our compensation is paid by hotels, cruise lines, resorts, and other travel suppliers — not by our clients. This model allows us to provide expert travel concierge services at no direct cost to you. The commission we receive does not affect the rates or terms available to you; in many cases, our industry relationships allow us to secure better rates and amenities than clients could obtain independently.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their travel requirements, group size, dates, and preferences. Clients are also responsible for reviewing all hotel contracts, booking confirmations, and travel documents provided by MB Travel Concierge and notifying us promptly of any discrepancies. Clients must ensure all travelers meet the requirements of their chosen destination, including valid passport and visa requirements.
MB Travel Concierge acts as an intermediary between clients and travel suppliers. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective suppliers. Room blocks and group reservations are subject to attrition clauses and cancellation policies as negotiated with individual properties. MB Travel Concierge will clearly communicate all material terms before any booking is finalized.
Cancellation and modification policies vary by supplier and are communicated at the time of booking. MB Travel Concierge will negotiate the most favorable cancellation terms possible on your behalf; however, we cannot guarantee specific cancellation policies. Clients are responsible for any cancellation fees or penalties imposed by suppliers in accordance with their contracted terms.
MB Travel Concierge acts as an agent for travel suppliers and is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any travel supplier, or for any personal injury, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom. We are not responsible for weather events, natural disasters, political unrest, or other circumstances beyond our control that may affect travel plans.
MB Travel Concierge collects and uses personal information solely for the purpose of providing our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to complete your travel bookings. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal data. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
All content on the MB Travel Concierge website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of MB Travel Concierge and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
